update.

i haven't posted in a while. i know. i haven't quit. yet. but i'm just going to write when i have something i want to say...or i guess, more specifically, something i want to write, because i say stuff all the time.

you know.

anyway we are under contract for a place, which is one of a few reasons my brain is generally elsewhere. it's a co-op. co-op financing makes my head hurt a little bit. actually, all aspects of homebuying make my head hurt a little bit. it's good, though. (the homebuying, not the headaches.)

i'm calling the home inspector tomorrow. he's known as "the deal-killer." but when it comes to home inspections, i'd rather have him on my side than the guy known as "ehh, it'll be fine."
