Um...hello? Have you met me? ;-)
It is so funny that Mike is the commenter. I saw there was one, and I thought "I bet it is Mike." Oh how I love to be right :) I personally think that it is quite plausible to be both classy and bad ass. Bad ass can simply mean takes no shit, you know? So if you take it in that way, you can have class and still be a strong and assertive bad ass, no? I also recognize that you discuss many serious and intellectual topics on here to which I almsot never say anything. But talk about shoes or my girl Christina, and I am all over it. I should read more books.
i love that the two of you comment on this within the first half hour of my posting it.
seriously, i love it.
and you both raise valid points, to boot...
however, when i think "bad-ass," i just have a hard time marrying that with "class." perhaps i am the only one with this problem?
James Bond? Batman?
educand-- goooood ones!
James Bond is so totally the classy bad-ass.
Any guy who can kick ass, maintain a cleanly-pressed shirt (all while holding a martini) gets my vote.
Would that be the new Christina Aguilera song that sounds like it keeps starting over and over and over for the entire 3.5 minutes it goes on for?
