the result of a pity party for one on a monday night?

being slightly drunk after 4.5 glasses of wine, by yourself, on the couch, with your cat sleeping next to you.

this is also discouraging! but in a highly amusing kind of way.

    And one drunk comment left on my blog ... still sort of sad I didn't get a slightly intoxicated email ...

    Things will all fall into place, hon. It's hard to see it now, but eventually you'll look back and have made it through to the other side. Of course, you're not going to believe that until it actually happens, but it's still true.
