That Big Dig accident just had me speechless. How many years late were they? How badly over-budget? And now we find out that they used WATERED-DOWN CONCRETE to construct the friggin' thing? What is *wrong* with people?
Not only that, but aren't these tunnels supposed to last us for years - so we don't have to go through more heavy contruction? This particular portion lasted just 7 years!
